  • How much are your custom cakes?
    All of our custom cakes are priced by the number of guests the cake will need to serve and by the complexity of the design. We do not have a standard price list for our custom cakes.
  • How much advance notice do you require?
    Because everything we do is custom made to order, we require... Two weeks for smaller less complex custom cakes, cupcakes and cake pops. 30 days for larger more complex custom cakes. We require more notice during busy times such as wedding season, graduations and holidays.
  • Do you deliver?
    Yes! Delivery fees are calculated by the distance traveled. We require a minimum delivery charge of $10.
  • How do I place an order?
    To start the order process please fill out our contact form or email us a picture with the following information: Date Time Location Number of Guests Budget We will contact you back with in 24 hours to confirm availability, provide you with a quote or schedule an appointment.
  • Can you copy a cake from another company?
    No! We respect the design time and work that goes into creating hte cakes seen in magazines and on the websites of other chefs and bakers. Therefore we limit our design work to that of our staff. We would happy to use your pictures as inspiration for the basic design, but we will not directly copy other artist work. If you have a drawing of a cake that you have created we will gladly copy it for you.
  • What is your payment policy?
    A 50% deposit is required to confirm your date and time with the remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to your event date. If you are ordering with in 2 weeks from your event date, then we would require the payment in full at the time of ordering. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT AT TIME OF DELIVERY OR PICK-UP!
  • What method of payment do you accept?
    We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. SORRY WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL/BUSINESS CHECKS OR EBT! WE DO NOT OFFER PAYMENT UPON DELIVERY!
  • Do you ship your cakes?
    No! we do not ship our cakes at this time. We do however ship our Cake In Jars.Please see our online store for more information.
  • Do you offer naughty cakes?
    No! We do not offer naughty cakes for any occasion. COMPANY POLICY STRICTLY PROHIBITS ANY CAKE MADE THAT SHOWS INAPPROPRIATE AREAS OF THE HUMAN BODY!
  • Can I order an undecorated cake or cupcake?
    No, as long as the cake was baked by us we need to assure the quality level of the finished product. Therefore, all cakes and cupcakes that leave our hands must be finished/decorated.
  • What if I need to cancel or make changes to my order?
    CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel your order, 50% of the total balance is refundable provided we are notified at least 10 business days prior to your event date. There is no refund on orders cancelled with in the 10 day period. You have 48 hours (2 days) to cancel your order after it has been placed in order to receive a refund of your 50% deposit. 50% DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER THE 48 HOUR PERIOD! CHANGES: If you need to make a change to your order, such as add or remove something, you must do so at least 5 business days prior to your event date. No changes can be made to your order within the 5 day period.
  • Do you have a minimum for your custom cakes?
    Yes! We have a minimum starting price of $100 for all custom cakes. This does not apply to orders such as cupcakes, decorated cookies, cake pops or other baked goods.
  • How do I contact someone for a delvery that is after normal business hours?
    If you are expecting a delivery that is after our normal business hours of (Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm / Saturday 9 am - 4 pm) you can text our delivery team at (813)382-6534. PLEASE NOTE: Our delivery team can only answer questions related to the status of your delivery. They can not quote prices, schedule appointments or accept payments for an order.
